Chris Eppard Realtor
Chris is a fourth generation Washingtonian and has lived in Northern Virginia his entire life. He attended the University of Virginia, graduating from the McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management.
After college, Chris had tremendous success as a top producing Business Development Manager for a private physical security services firm. During his 23 year career, the company grew from a $400 million national provider to a $9 billion international organization. In addition to sensitive multi-national corporations and government clients, Chris worked with residential properties throughout the Metro/DC area to include gated communities, prestigious condominiums (two of which were the homes of Supreme Court Justices), luxury apartment buildings and the private residences of ambassadors.
Chris retired from the security business in the summer of 2014 in order to spend time with his wife and children, and evaluate new career opportunities. He is thrilled with his choice to pursue a career in real estate with Kennedy & Co. Chris combines a relentless focus on client needs, wants and desires with his extensive sales training and skills. He has achieved significant success for his client partners with much more to come!
